Parties & general functions
Monday-
Thursday $ 150.00 for 4 hours. Friday-Sunday $300.00 for 4 hour
Minimum guest count of 50 people
Five hour function on Saturday and Sunday are $400.00 Saturday rental is
based on a minimum of 75 guest
Smaller groups please add $100.00
Room Charge
Room charge includes use of our private hall and grounds . Time
periods must be adhered to since there may be a party before or after yours.
Absolutely no food or drinks may be brought onto our property either inside
or outside. All food with the exception of cake must be provided by Cottage
by the Bay.
Bar Closes 1/2 hour prior to the end of function
For parties longer then 4 hours there is a bartender fee of
$50.00 per hour. Set up of additional bars or a patio bar is an extra
$100.00 for beer and wine & $200.00 set up fee for a full house selection.
Patio cocktail servers may be hired with a hosted bar for $35.00 per server
per hour.
Bands
Because of the extra time involved with setup and break down of
bands, there is an extra fee of $400.00. There is no fee for Disc Jockeys
Cakes
Cottage by the Bay will be happy to recommend bakers.
There is a fee for cutting and serving your cake
$40.00 for cutting and laying out on Paper plates for guest to serve
themselves
$1.00 per person for cutting and serving on glass dessert plates
Decorating
All decorations must be approved by manager. Please no confetti,
glitter, rose petals, rice, bubbles, streamers or silly string Use of these
items will result in a $100.00 cleanup fee. We offer a rental of crystal
centerpieces and framed table numbers for $50.00
Payment
Total number of guest and final payment is due 14-day prior to
function. Guest count may be added to but not subtracted from. Please submit
seating chart at finalization. Any changes the day of will result in $100.00
fee. $1000.00 deposit is required to hold date. $500.00 is non refundable at
time of booking and is held as security until after the function. The other
$500.00, is deducted from final bill
